"I do like that I can update..."
I do like that I can update my menu whenever I need to, which is handy. I tend to get frustrated when tools make simple changes harder than they should be, so being able to swap items quickly is a relief

"Support was quicker than I expected"
I ran into a small issue while setting things up and reached out to qmenu.us support. They got back to me fast, quicker than some other services I’ve used. Everything was fixed the same day and it didn’t turn into a big hassle or anything.

"Pickup’s Great, Delivery Was... Okay I Guess"
I usually don’t have any issues with pickup orders, they’re smooth most of the time. Delivery, though, can be a little all over the place. One time I had to call just to see what was going on with my order, which was kind of annoying, but also not the end of the world. It gets the job done, I guess, just not exactly perfect

"Decent for the price, but could be better"
QMenu is about what I expected for the price. It handles the basics and does around what I need it to do, but a few parts feel basic. For the monthly cost, I was hoping for a little more. It’s not bad, but it’s not amazing either, just kind of average value overall.

"Payments are solid, just a little slow sometimes"
I mostly use QMenu for taking card payments on online orders, it’s been straightforward. I’m not sitting there thinking, “Great, another system I have to babysit,” which is a win in my book. Most payments go through fine, and day to day it does what I need it to do.

There have been a couple of times where the payment status took a little longer to update, and that’s when my brain immediately goes, “Okay… did it actually go through or am I about to make food for an unpaid order?” So I end up double-checking before moving ahead. Not the end of the world, but yeah, it can be a bit annoying in the moment.

Overall, I’d say it works well enough for my business. The fees and reports are clear, which I appreciate because I don’t want to dig through a bunch of confusing numbers at the end of the day. If the payment updates were a little faster, it would feel much smoother, but for now it gets the job done.

"Smooth setup and a little win for me"
We got our QMenu setup finished last week, it went a lot smoother than I expected. I was kind of bracing myself for a bunch of emails and confusion, but the onboarding steps were clear, and their team jumped in when I wasn’t sure what to do next.

They handled our menu, categories, hours, and online ordering without making the whole thing feel like a big project. There were a couple of small things we had to tweak after going live, but they responded quickly and got it sorted out.

For our small restaurant, this actually saved me a good chunk of time, which felt like a small personal win in an already busy week. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, but the setup was easy enough and I’d feel good using them again.
